Key Attributes:

• Good technical knowledge on agricu:lnal systems in the semi-arid regions of Zimbabwe; 
• Ability to follow economic and social context of operational area;
• Good Leadership skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Good pedagogical skills;
• Good command of English and Shona, oral and written.
• Computer literacy;
• Possession of a Class 3 driver's licence

Level of studies and experience:

• Diploma in Agriculture, BSc in Agriculture will be an added advantage;  
• A minimum of 2 years in agricultural extension or com-munity based development programmes;
• Practical experience in conservation agriculture, low input gardens and livestock interventions;
• Demonstrated capacity to supervise extension officers;
• Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary team is an added advantage.
